Traits

Noel's arrival has influenced the land and its inhabitants in a magical way. Dormant magical creatures hear the jingling call and manifest in our realm, delighted with the sights and smells of the winter landscape. These sprites are attracted to Noel, clinging to their fur or attaching their string to Noel's antlers and going along for the ride. Some get so distracted or attracted by the space that they attach themselves to a random Crederian instead, forming a bond to communicate with their temporary companion. As they experience the delights of winter these sprites are quick to solidify that bond with the Crederian who allowed them to see these wonderous sights!

•  Trait:

  🔹 A group of Bright Light Sprites trail around you, holding a magical string. (30 or so sprites would be a soft limit)
  🔹 The sprites have a crest on their foreheads that concentrate their magical light. They are able to control this light and can "blink" on and off on command.
  🔹 The sprites can come in all manner of vibrant/pastel colors similar to festive string lights with a general limit of 1 - 5 colors. 
  🔹The string is composed of pure magic, usually appearing in vibrant blues, greens, browns, or reds. This "string" emanates a glow that shares its color. 

  ❗ The trait may be depicted as floating balls of light along the string. The example below also shows a simplified version if you would like to retain the sprite's crest shapes.
  ❗ The balls of light are always perfectly circular and cannot shift or move to appear like ovals or other shapes if drawn without the crest.
  ❗ The sprites may not be depicted as white, off-white, grey, or any dark/muted hues.
  ❗ The string may not be depicted with pastels and has similar limitations to the sprites otherwise.

Examples

bright light sprites

A series of little orb-shaped creatures that float around holding onto a string of pure magic. While in our realm, the string is often attached at one end to a creature in order to stay attached and not be affected by potential winds. They form a garland of "lights" as their magical crests blink on and glow with a bright light. These sprites converse by blinking their lights at one another. Creatures who aren't bonded to them can only hear a twinkling sound coming from their mouths. 

The sprites function as a singular unit, almost seeming to be the same creature until some show differing bits of personality. They are bonded to a singular group, forming a link within their minds that allow them to flow in perfect sync and share aspects of themselves with one another.
