The wind whips strands of blue hair wildly behind the bab they're attached to. If anyone were unfortunate enough to be close enough would feel a cold sting as the strands, while still flexible, are sharp and icy to the touch. A gentle crunch of snow is the only indication you get as the bab kicks off the ground back into the sky, wing tufts flapping gently as they glide through the sky.  An elegant slender tail winds gently as paws trot lightly in the air. 

"How much longer will it take to get there?" they murmur, falling into a content hum as the thought leaves as soon as it arrived. They're in no rush, and the small amount of impatience that had graced their mind was overtaken by the clouds parting from the moon, it's full glow lighting the snow. The babs eyes take in the glimmers in the ice, undisturbed save for another of their footfalls as they near the ground. With each kick off the ground they take in a big lungful of air, holding it in for a good few seconds as though it would extend their gliding time. They exhale too quickly, they can't help it. The billowing smoke that appears out of them also seems to sparkle under the direct moonlight. A small chuckle leaves them as they realize they'll most definitely be finding icicles all through their fur once they reach the town.

The thought of the town nearly causes them to fall directly from the air. Noel's arrival was the... catalyst to the season shifting. One big entity stepping back to allow the next to continue the cycle of the seasons. Fall was always a tough one to persuade, but Noel never let that stop them from appearing with winter in tow. Alongside them were the helpers, or "heralds" of winter. The team was composed of appointed and volunterred Crederians who shared their beings, their magic, or their lineage with the winter season. Another kick off the ground sends them back to the sky. 

The far-off lights of the town twinkle into view, and a cold sweat starts to break out over the babs face. The honor of being chosen to bring in winter was pretty high among the fair-hearted, oft used to raise social status among peers. 'I was chosen to shift the world into winter by the emissary themself, how much higher could I possibly go?' sort of deal. Normally this would be incredibly exciting, and it was for the time before this Mantibab fell into a sudden hibernation right when the call was sent out. Now that the season had crossed it's final month the bab almost hadn't thought it worth appearing at all until the shame of it all dawned on them. Noel is kind! It shouldn't be a problem... Showing up is what's important... even if they're late... so, so late.

"As much as I loathe to accuse, I do believe I was sabatoged."

Welcome the Eladrian Cavalry! A set of six crederians designed by our lovely mod team featuring some summer-themed Crederians and some fishy business ❤️ These glimmering creatures found their way to Windan's shores a bit after the Representatives came to ask for help. Some managed to dodge the miasmic creatures while others were already out of the water, vacationing out by the safer tide pools than the deep waters of the Eladrian sea.
