A long and flowing coat that resembles hair more than fur. This coat tends to reach the floor, and may drag along it if left unkempt. These coats are often braided or pinned fashionably.

Wooly Coat

A dense and coiled fur type resembling that of wool. This fur may be donated to create clothing for others. Sometimes a donee may be the one creating themselves!

Curly Coat

A peculiar coat type that curls in all manner of directions. Seen as a bit of an attractive anomaly, Kanti can't seem to attain the curly coat without luck or magic intervention.

Husky Coat

Also known as the "Tundra Coat". The husky coat is a dense and warm set of fluff that hangs heavy and usually grows thickest along the neck, underbelly, and haunches. Stylish boots can adorn the legs as protection from the cold. 

Flared Coat

A mid length coat whose fluff billows out in impressive displays. Fur that grows upwards and outwards in unusual fashion. Dense "boots" of fur growing upwards are a popular styling choice.

Draped Coat

Draped Coat (★ Uncommon)

A mid length coat whose fur more resembles hair that drapes down towards the knees. This coat can be styled to resemble a cape or cloak, with fur able to grow like pants along the rump. This coat can be pinned and styled and should be straight or wavy in texture.

Standard Coat

Kanti fur is capable of being velvety or dense and ranges from soft to coarse depending on environment and how much care they put into themselves. A standard length of fur varies depending on the body part, but generally the thickest places fur lies is along the back (mane), around the neck (ruff), and on the rump. The legs can gain a "draft" quality to them but should not be excessively long or resemble unicorn fetlocks!

A bab who has lost all color in their coat, or never had any to begin with. Unnatural, unknown, seldom seen, reserved almost wholly for deities . 

Pastel Halfling (Enchanted)

Your Mantibab's coat gained a pastel hue on the majority of their body through modifications.

They still retain part of their natural coat, hence the "halfling" title.

Umbra Coat (Cursed)

A wretched encounter has left your Mantibab on the brink of death. They made it, but at what cost? Their coat is permanently marred by death, and will reflect in the newly gained dark strands. This item grants your Mantibab a fully dark pelt, with some grains of hues retained in either markings or other light features. 

Accents must retain their hue.

Bejeweled Lop Ears

A rare style of ears that lop simply along the side of the head, flat and featureless aside from the series of gemstones that adorn the edge. These ears are the upgraded form of "studded lop".

  •  Bejeweled Lop:  
    🔹 Ears are flat and long, ending roughtly at the waist at the longest.
    🔹 4-6 gems may adorn the sides and must match the sigil color, changing as it does.
Twist Ears

A rare style of ears that twists the ear midway along the length, drooping down into spirals in a charming and unusual way.

  •  Twist:  
    🔹 Ears fold and twist partway through, ending in thin drooping curls.

    ❗ These ears may be fur lined or bare as long as the twists are clearly visible.
Full Lop Ears

A rare style of ears that lop heavily, broad and thick in shape. These ears are considered oversized and charming, although pawbirds who bear them often complain of hearing Too Much all the time.

  •  Full Lop:  
    🔹 Ears are dense and long, often bare along the insides to really allow them to be annoyed by every little sound. 

    ❗ Ears may be bare, furry, or a mixture of both.
Antennae Ears

A rare style of ears that stand tall with no visible ear canal, topped with a large pom pom of fur at the tips. These ears are a little odd, considered silly by some.

  •  Antennae:  
    🔹 Ears may be short - long, with large or small pom poms at the tips.
Cutout Ears

Cutout Ears (★ Rare)

Species: Pawbird

A rare style of ears that lop simply along the side of the head, flat and featureless aside from the decorative cutouts that pepper the broad expanse. These cutouts are often a form of self expression and young pawbirds with bare ears dream and draw up what their ears will look like when they're ready to be modded.

  •  Cutout:  
    🔹 Ears are flat and medium - long in length, with decorative cutouts taken from any part of the ear. 
    🔹 Cutouts can be small, large, simple, or complex.

    ❗ Cutouts cannot have floating pieces and should be realistically connected to the rest of the ear for it to hold its shape.
Fold Ears

Fold Ears (★ Uncommon)

Species: Pawbird

A style of ears that flop simply on the forehead, being so small that it just sort of looks like two tiny paws atop their brows. These ears are considered too cute and some people feel agression when they see them, though they are quick to quell that feeling.

  •  Fold:  
    🔹 Ears should be short and will always have the two notches.

    ❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Paw Ears

Paw Ears (★ Rare)

Species: Pawbird

A rare style of ears that hang heavy on the side of the head, wide and large and vaguely resembling paws. What's even wierder about that resemblance is that pawbirds with these ears have been seen grabbing things with the "digits" on these ears, including other pawbirds!

  •  Paws:  
    🔹 Ears are dense and vaguely hand paw shaped, able to be medium - long in length.

    ❗ Paw ears may have claws optionally.
Blind Lop Ears

Blind Lop Ears (★ Rare)

Species: Pawbird

A rare style of ears that ;op forward, completely covering the eyes with two large, paw-like floppy ears. These "paws" can wiggle the individual notched segments, giving credence to them being called "paw-ears"

  •  Blind Lop:  
    🔹 Ears are wide and relatively short, long enough to cover the eyes or go just past the chin.
