Split Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that split along the middle, ending in two separate points.

Split:
🔹 Split can be deeper than pictured, but must have a single ear canal.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Spiky Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that usually end in a ribbon-like set of spikes at the tips, lending a wilder appearance to it's bearer.

🔹 A set of turnip shaped ears with 2-5 spiked tips.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Tulip Ears PB (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that wrap around themselves, giving a vague appearance of an unwravelling flower bud. These ears are said to have originated from somewhere outside of the species, slowly being amalgamated as the decades passed.

🔹 Ears should have a visible connecting point, and can end in 2-5 spiky tips.

Bellflower (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that droop and fan out, ending in soft lacy shapes along the bottom. These ears are considered cute and charming among pawbirds, described as looking "innocent".

🔹 Ears should have a simple lace-like edge, and are often very ridged along the inside, giving a floral look to the ear.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Studded Lop Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that lop simply, weighed down by 1-3 gemstones along the edges. These gemstones glow lightly and change along with their soul sigils.

❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Fold Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that flop simply on the forehead, being so small that it just sort of looks like two tiny paws atop their brows. These ears are considered too cute and some people feel agression when they see them, though they are quick to quell that feeling.

Tri-Tip Ear (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that lop entirely flat, ending in jagged points that give a rowdy appearance to their bearer.

🔹 Ears may have 3 - 5 spikes at the ends.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Pom Pom Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that are almost entirely composed of puffed up fur! The tiny ears contained within are only ever able to be felt, with these giant pom poms regrowing quickly no matter how often a pawbird shaves.

🔹 Ears can be scruffy or smooth, or end in several styled points, but should be generally round with even fur.
Leo Ears PB (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that are short and rounded, said to have come from the skullcrackers that fly through the sky... how? we're.. we're not sure actually, some pawbirds suddenly started showing up saying they had skullcracker lineage in them, though they only arrived on crederia recently...

🔹 Ears should resemble "lion" ears, or be generally short and rounded.

Lynx Ears PB (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that stand tall, topped with two sprigs of fur that explode outward.

Lynx:
🔹 Ears can be short, medium, or long. Tufts may be fluffy, smooth, and can be short - medium in length.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Turnip Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that are squat and wide, giving the apperance of a root vegetable with how the furry tips cap them off.

🔹 Ears should be round and short, and can have a stylized tuft of fur at the end.
❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Flare Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that extend elegantly, fur flaring out from the underside in an attractive display. This style is considered stylishly unkempt, worn often by young adults who want to show off their looks.

Flare:
🔹 This style of ear is mostly inner fluff, with the back side of the ear capping just the top. The fur may be styled or scruffy.
Feathered Ears (★ Uncommon)
A style of ears that are composed of a mixture of feather and fur, as through the ears wanted to be wings and couldn't quite get there.

Feathered:
🔹 Ears may have clearly defined feathers, but should not be entirely composed of feathers. These ears are more often even splits of fur and feather.
❗ Featherered ears should not fold like wings, or have a wing shape of any kind.
Tendrils (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that would look relatively normal were it not for the dextrous tendrils that extend from it's edge...

Tendrils:
🔹 Ears may have 3 - 5 tendrils of moderate length, going no further than the chest.
🔹 Tendrils may be decorated, or bare, and are composed of a smooth, squishy material.
❗ Tendrils may not have suckers or spikes, and should be entirely featureless aside from physical design.
Ribbon Ears PB (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that are complemented by a pair of ribbons that extend from the base of them.

Ribbons:
🔹 Ears may come in two styles:
1 Ribbon on each ear that can extend down to the ankles.
3 ribbons on each ear of moderate length, going no further than the waist.
🔹 Ribbons may be decorated, bare, and have cut outs stamped out from the center or edges.
Duo Ears (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that some consider a mutation, not realizing that their roots are more alien than they seem, sprouting two pairs of ears in lieu of one.

Duo Ears:
🔹 Two sets of any common ears, usually thinner and longer to allow spacing.
❗ To multiple an uncommon or rare set of ears you will need an additional trait vial of the wanted ear alongside a rare trait vial for the duo ear trait.
Tri-Flare Ears (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that flare out in jagged uneven spikes along the entire length, giving a wild appearance to its bearer. Some say these ears are only seen on those who tattered them in battle and didn't heal them right.

🔹 Ears are entirely lined in flat spikes with their ridges following the general shape of said spikes.
❗ Tri-Flare ears still have only a single ear canal.
Feelers (★ Rare)
A rare style of... ears where two tentacle-like feelers sprout from the top of the head. There are ear holes so these must be considered ears!

Feelers:
🔹 Ears are thin, long, and come with a set of 1 - 3 diamond or rounded sticky pads along the underside.
Twist Ears (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that twists the ear midway along the length, drooping down into spirals in a charming and unusual way.

Twist:
🔹 Ears fold and twist partway through, ending in thin drooping curls.
❗ These ears may be fur lined or bare as long as the twists are clearly visible.
Paw Ears (★ Rare)
A rare style of ears that hang heavy on the side of the head, wide and large and vaguely resembling paws. What's even wierder about that resemblance is that pawbirds with these ears have been seen grabbing things with the "digits" on these ears, including other pawbirds!
