An uncommon set of ears that are covered in plush fur. These ears point up and forward, flopping down over the face in a charming, if not difficult manner. Skullcrackers tend to groom these ears more to make sure they can still see.

  •  Floppy:  
    🔹 Ears may be thinner or thicker than depicted.

    ❗ Ears can cover eyes, or droop down towards the middle of the neck, but should retain placement and shape of what's depicted.
Tulip Ears SC

An uncommon set of ears that are tall and end in three puffs of fur. A peculiar style of ear that will always grow exactly  three puffs no matter how often you style or trim them!

  •  Tulip:  
    🔹 Two tall ears are capped with exactly three tufts of fur.
    🔹 The base ears may be shorter than depicted, and may point forward or back.

A style of ears that have a jagged edge, considered intentional as opposed to injured or tattered. 

  •  Jagged:  
    🔹 A set of triangular ears bordered with flat jagged points along any part of them. 

    ❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.
Notched Ears PB

Notched Ears PB (★ Uncommon)

A style of ears that have large notches cut out from them. This style of ear lends a rougher appearance to the pawbird, with most not knowing whether it was a willing modification or not. 

  •  Notched:  
    🔹 A set of triangular ears with large notches taken out of any edge. These notches should be large and can be decorative.
    🔹 Notches can instead be decortive holes.

    ❗ Uncommon ears can be smooth, ribbed, or fluffy along the inside.

A style of ears that wrap around themselves, giving a vague appearance of an unwravelling flower bud. These ears are said to have originated from somewhere outside of the species, slowly being amalgamated as the decades passed.

Bellflower

A style of ears that droop and fan out, ending in soft lacy shapes along the bottom. These ears are considered cute and charming among pawbirds, described as looking "innocent".

    🔹 Ears should have a simple lace-like edge, and are often very ridged along the inside, giving a floral look to the ear.

Studded Lop Ears

A style of ears that lop simply, weighed down by 1-3 gemstones along the edges. These gemstones glow lightly and change along with their soul sigils.

A style of ears that flop simply on the forehead, being so small that it just sort of looks like two tiny paws atop their brows. These ears are considered too cute and some people feel agression when they see them, though they are quick to quell that feeling.

A style of ears that are short and rounded, said to have come from the skullcrackers that fly through the sky... how? we're.. we're not sure actually, some pawbirds suddenly started showing up saying they had skullcracker lineage in them, though they only arrived on crederia recently...

Turnip Ears

A style of ears that are squat and wide, giving the apperance of a root vegetable with how the furry tips cap them off.

Flare Ears

A style of ears that extend elegantly, fur flaring out from the underside in an attractive display. This style is considered stylishly unkempt, worn often by young adults who want to show off their looks.

    🔹 This style of ear is mostly inner fluff, with the back side of the ear capping just the top. The fur may be styled or scruffy. 
Feathered Ears

A style of ears that are composed of a mixture of feather and fur, as through the ears wanted to be wings and couldn't quite get there.

  •  Feathered:  
    🔹 Ears may have clearly defined feathers, but should not be entirely composed of feathers. These ears are more often even splits of fur and feather.

    ❗ Featherered ears should not fold like wings, or have a wing shape of any kind.

    🔹 Thinner ears more reminiscent of a rabbit's.
