Traits

A rare style of ruff composed of two thick ribbons of hair that grow well past a Parbird's hips, capable of just dragging on the floor! The ruff grows from the back and sides of the neck and hang with a clear divide on the back of the neck. This hair is often tied or knotted and used as an accenting piece to various shirts, coats, vests, and the like!

Trait:

• Tassels may drag a little on the floor at the longest if loose, but should not touch the ground if braided or knotted.
• Tassels are composed of hair, and can be styled with that in mind.

• Should not be confused with the Cloak Ruff.
