Ribbon Ruff

Ribbon Ruff (★ Rare)

Category: Ruff
Species: Pawbird

A rare style of ruff composed of the same material a Pawbird's unzipped arms are. A mixture of skin and cloth that hangs down the back of the Pawb's shoulders. A popular style among many Pawbirds, able to be complemented with many clothing styles! Pawbs often attach large beads, tassels, or even piercings along the bottom portion. A few Pawbs sporting this pierced look say the ribbons have no sensation that far down.

Trait:
  • Two flat shaped pieces of flesh that drape down a Pawbird's back. The tips of these ribbons may end in pointed, notched, flat, slanted, or rounded points.
  • Ribbons may reach the Pawbird's ankles at the longest.
  • Ribbons may be designed like any other part of the Pawb's body and can have some notches or cut-outs along any part of them.
  • The ribbons grow from the upper shoulders on either side of the Pawbird's neck, leaving their throat and nape bare.
  • Ribbons should not have ends or cut-outs that appear to look like iconagraphy (stars, hearts, etc).
