Traits

One half of the sacred marks held by the ancients. The protectors of Skullcracker-kind, Sun and Lune, softly chase one another in a never ending cycle of  yearning, loss, and love. A tale taken differently by everyone who hears it, but what most seem to agree with is the mark being a gift from the celestial bodies. The blessing is debated; to soar the skies under Lune's protection? To combat the miasma better than others? To spread word of the celestial bodies? 

What is known is that Skullcrackers bearing Lune's mark find comfort sitting out under the moonlight, finding a serenity they lack elsewhere.

If two skullcrackers each wearing one of these symbols meet, they may feel the instinctual pull of a love that isn't theirs and may sometimes result in them pairing up with one another.

• Trait:  

  🔹 A crescent moon appears on the body surrounded by a circular, decorated ring.
  🔹 The moon may appear in any of it's phases, often depicted as a crescent moon. The moon may have a darker outline or filled in color for the "dark" part of the moon.  
  🔹 The surrounding line, or "ring" may have thorns, lines, diamonds, or other simple shapes. This ring often appears to mimic radiating light beams. These markings may also glow if wrapped around the main Lune mark.
  🔹 Additional, smaller crescent moons may be applied to the body on their own.  Circular shapes meant to stand in for a full moon may glow if paired with this trait.
  
  ❗ The Lune mark is the only moon that may have the ring surrounding it, but you may have scattered mini-moons elsewhere on the deisgn.
  ❗ The moon glows softly during the day, and brightly at night.
