Traits

Viewed as a token of merit and accomplishment, these feathers are an opportunity offered to Skullcrackers who have shown their merit; either in perilous times (showing bravery, courage, empathy) or through dedication within their communities (showing intelligence, creativity, wisdom). Chosen skullcrackers are able to undertake a test to be acknowledged as a Guardian of their community. The process is unknown to those who have not earned their feathers, and those who have say it's something you'll have a chance to find out for yourself~

• Trait:  

  🔹 A set of long feathers extend from the base of the ears and may be as long as a full body length. This would allow them to just hang off the floor without touching it.
  🔹 Feathers may be decorated or patterned like the rest of the skullcracker's body.
  
  ❗ Feathers never fully dangle or hang, having a special property that allows them to float in the air.
