Traits

A rare style of ruff composed of the same material a Pawbird's unzipped arms are. A mixture of skin and cloth that drapes along their chest in a charming fashion. The tips of these "cloth" pieces have notches that can wiggle and reach out towards whatever the pawbird's focus is. This ruff acts as a very limited pair of second arms.

Trait:

• A flat capelet shaped piece of flesh that has a sort of "paw" outline at the bottom. This outline may be smooth like depicted or have a classic toony, or jagged paw shape
• This capelet may reach the Pawbird's waist at the longest.
• The capelet may be designed like any other part of the Pawb's body.
• The capelet runs up the back of the neck but leaves the throat exposed.

• Capelet should not appear to look like actual arms or hands.
