Noel is peripherally aware of the Crederians around them, and it's no big secret that along with the effects on the land their presence brings, Noel is prone to giving small treasures to Crederian's who've caught their eye.  The bells that adorn their horns and coat are one of their most special gifts, granted to Skullcrackers and Pawbirds who've done good for themselves or their communities.

Item is one time use and is consumed once update is applied.
