Each tier is an explosion of flavor, going from Sour (and sweet), Sweet (lightly salty), ... Sweet, Sweet (actually spicy), and... well, Sweet! Despite the shared sweetness, each layer has a unique flavor derived from the natural resources found on the island that have been carefully curated for centuries, resulting in a fantastical tasting journey for any fortunate enough to eat one!
